Personally, as crazy as it sounds, Ive met people that somehow live as long as they did without knowing a lot of slurs, n-word included, but again I am NOT EXCUSING THE AUTHOR.
When foreigners become racist to Asian, are we doing the same "cancel culture" like yall did? As an Asian myself, I received so much racism remarks and most of it come from the black people. Idk why they did that, but I think because they finally get someone to make fun of. Then I think that the whole thing I experienced isn't simply racism but human nature. Whether you are black, white, asian, or something else, you will get bullied by someone who think they are better than you. I know saying the N word is humiliating for the black people, but that same black people also saying that Asian eats dog, doesn't have eyes, etc, and somehow the Asian doesn't get the same opportunity to defend themselves just because we don't have someone like Nelson Mandela. Don't just think that only black people is being oppressed. People in my country suffered slavery for 355 years before declaring independence.

You’re talking about how you experienced racism, which isn’t good in the slightest but it has nothing to do with my overall comment. Yes if an Asian person is being picked on due to their race they have every right to defend themselves but my statement wasn’t about racism towards Asians, it was about a specific chapter.
I also never once said that only black people were oppressed nor did I imply it in the slightest. I’m talking about a chapter that depicted black people in a racist format and use a racial slur the character wasn’t even allowed to reclaim. I’m explaining how black ppl should be able to voice their opinions about the chapter

The comment section is a common example of people once again doing eveything but listening to us black folk. You guys have an obsession with speaking over us, for us and just overall silencing our voices. A black person in particular, should be able to voice their discomfort about the chapter without yall jumping them and getting angry about it, it was a harmful stereotype about our people and a racial slur the author cannot reclaim was used, black people have every right to be mad about that.
“But the author apologized!!” Yeah and the apology wasn’t for everybody, it was for BLACK PPL, some black ppl forgave the author, some didn’t, which is fine, it was an apology for us we have every right to forgive the author and we have every right not to forgive the author.
You guys seriously have to stop acting like black ppl cannot be upset about the chapter especially if they just started reading this manwha after the live adaptation.
