You think sending away your youngest child because he is more "mature" is the right answer? Just say you wouldn't have known how to handle it either. If the brother was a running chaos, he should have learnt that his actions have consequences, that's real life. Instead he has mamma covering for his ass as if he was some sort of toddler.
