Because they are adapted by different teams. Only the author is the same, but she writes webnovels. She wrote KMIYC ~2018 and Desire me if you can 2025, although she knew the plot of Desire before the other stories. lol
KMIYC is on hiastus because they either need a longer break or because of the extras. KMIYC has currently 3 extras, but the author will add new extras to several stories in the next weeks/months, and KMIYC is one of them. Probably has to do with that.
The main stories of KMIYC, RAIYC, DeflwoerMIYC, and KLM take all place around the same time, but DMIYC takes place a few years later.
