This is my second attempt at reading, but they seem uncomfortable. Like I don't see any chemistry and I read traumatic stories since yandere is my favorite type of ML. I like there to be some natural spark even with fear/trauma present, but it seems like the hand of god (the author) is making there be a spark where there isnt one naturally. The story also seems a bit disjointed/not smooth..
I came to the comments looking for other opinions to see what they get out the story, since I'm probably gonna drop again. I also love buff on buff types but they both aren't sexy to me either.
Like they have the makeup of what I would like, but it's not doing it for me.
I think purple eyes doesn't have much charisma. like hes supposed to be rich, obsessive, and hot. Like all the other characters sing his praises but he seems like none of those things. Which makes the "random" moments of intense crazy less overwhelming or shocking. Like why are the other characters so shocked because his expressions are not hidden...
Also, sure the MC is traumatized, but he seems like he doesn't have a personality for me to care about him. He was just traumatized and is sexually reacting to his trauma point. Thats it. I haven't seen much to him outside of this.
To sum up my thoughts, I just think they lack personality, so there's nothing for me to desire in both characters.
"I think purple eyes doesn't have much charisma. like hes supposed to be rich, obsessive, and hot. Like all the other characters sing his praises but he seems like none of those things."
He is rich, obsessive and hot, but he has no true facade, so far at chapter... 15? He's just some guy with dark aura. I meed a little bit more depth for me to care. Like they both need more identity. Show me them walking, going to work, subtle actions that show their depression/desire.
Like sure we saw MC going to the bar getting drunk kinda. But we didn't see many internal thought bubbles and he shut down his friends a lot... like who even are they? We know he doesn't open up. and scene. It gave us nothing else to cling to. He's just edgy.
For purple. We saw him at work smacking glass into some disrespectful persons head. okay. Hes strong and we learned that he tops. and we also still only know that he only likes and stalks MC. Sure he money launders but it had NO impact on the scene or story. He's not stressed. I barely get why he's longing so bad. We barely get flashbacks or something. All we know is that hes some crazy stalker dude with money.... Do I have to read 15 more chapters for plot development?

I'm not sure what's not clicking for me... I'm at chapter 8. Should I continue? I was interested because it seems a pretty dark one...
