No. It would be career ending for GW (MC) because he wants to be a teacher. Can't be a teacher if you're known as a "slut". I'm guessing their definition is someone that gets pregnant before marriage and/or has multiple partners. The uggo is starting a rumor that GW had a beta partner (probably the best friend), but got pregnant with ML's (the school slut's) baby.
