Do you mean how to change your profile picture? Click on the three horizontal lines and go to the "Setting" tab under the "Bookmark" and above the "Logout" tabs. And if you mean adding a bio, go to your homepage, scroll down and you'll see a green (Edit) button.
Does anybody know how to update their profile in their account, or is it no longer possible? It feels so boring having no profilee(￣∇￣")
