I'm still not really on board with how the plot progressed — luis being killed.. what was the point exactly? was it as a substitute for ivy's supposed development because she needed a loved one to die to fuel her strength (like in the original story with her sister's death?),, and that's why luis had to die so that the little sis can be saved?
what fvcking BS is that??? even if that wasn't the reason (which i doubt there was anything else that warranted such cause and effect), it still really soured me a lot. (╬￣皿￣)凸
