Knife maybe or piece of glass. Even if she escape while he is alive, he'll kill her. does not matter if he's in love with her not. If he's in love it's more dangerous cause he can be more obsessive over her. And her baby...that's the sad part. I mean there's no way to escape. either way it's death waits for her at the end.
