Taejun my sweet boy, he did NOT treat Seoyun kindly. It’s very obvious that his douchery isn’t out of genuine concern for Seoyun’s happiness. If it was, those aren’t the questions he would’ve asked Taejun. Taejun is too kind and naive sometimes and this asshole will definitely exploit that. I do appreciate that we skipped the whole “Taejun keeps it a secret” drama that most plots would fall back on.
I got an arranged marriage vibe too, with his brother talking about the future and whether they’re a good match and how it’s not just about the two of them. I think we know Seoyun will have none of it but I worry about his brother trying to make Taejun feel like he’s holding Seoyun back or something stupid.
