They straight up aren't human beings lmfao. Their single-minded focus on breeding is a testament to that. Yeah the ML is fucking crazy, I've got eyes, but I think writer is trying to show the power scaling between the instincts of a wildcat vs, well, a big ass cat.
Also, what was MC's next move once he got them to switch positions? Confess and hope it works out that the guy who isn't even open for marriage will let him impregnate him? Or also just baby trap him!? They're both bonkers, it's almost hilarious.
