I actually think this story have a good realistic plot. There is no such things as the 'power of love' that can easily remove one trauma in a second while it took years to build those nightmare.
The fact they keep on pulling & pushing wasnt because author wanna drag the story, but that is how a victim of trauma trying to grow out of their fear yet find it hard to forget.
Respectfully how do y’all read 38 chapters of something and fail to understand it? He doesn’t want to leave the cage y’all. That’s the whole point. Did you guys just skip the backstory because there wasn’t any sex?
