You KNOW it’s not really the person, so why would you just not fight her?? It’s like the enemy putting on a mask and now all of a sudden you just can’t harm them anymore. It does not, and never will, make sense to me!!
Right!? If something like this happened in real life, the bad guy would get directly punched in the face because how dare he used a loved one's face!
I always find it weird when an enemy takes a loved one's apparence and the hero just gives up fighting because of it. You don't want to hurt this person, but you are also 100% certain it's not the actual person, and fighting them won't hurt you loved one! It's just gonna keep you alive!
