As much as I adore this manga since Im reading this for a long time. I'm disturbed by what the seme is thinking of hook-ups when he's in a relationship. The thought of that is made things clear even when he's taking it back his inner thought, but you can not deny that you would cheat on your partner just to relieve your urge. When there are other alternatives to deal with, that matter rather than hooking up. Big red flag, and I say this Ew to the seme.
