Also, in some countries, the janitor makes more than entry-level hires. It is related to supply/demand. Not many people wants to be janitor, so the pay is higher than maybe macdo worker.

Yeah but he's not getting an entry level job, its more comparable to nepotism hire like the ml himself, just getting the position handed, so the expected salary would be of the position not what a regular person applying for a job and working up to that position would get, paying himself a ceo salary and then hiring his janitor to pay them nothing is crazy, also the company likely already has a pay package ready for an executive assistant since theyre looking to hire one so the amount should be disclosed to him already but he offered mc a lower amount , okay the more brain i use to type this in realistic scenario is so funny cuz something like this could never happen realistically anyway haha

You're right, I've also thought about the qualifications thing. But it should also be considered that he now is a janitor with after hours work as a secretary to an executive. So I'd think it's still not that much lol but yeah, he'd definitely not find that good a salary with his qualifications anywhere

Righttt I forgot he's doing both jobs too so basically he's getting 1x salary for janitor work and then 2x janitor salary for overtime as an executive assistant wow he should sue
