I suspect the cousin knows he is supplying the drugs for his cousin's partner. Because only male tigers can get other males, of any species, prego. Sounds rare. And his cousin is trying to get someone prego and he knows his cousin is not the brightest light bulb. I think he pieced it together.
What’s more, it looks as though it’s the cousin who’s supplying the drugs to both of them. Given how involved he should be the godfather.
