It's been a while since I've read the novel. But from what I remember, they're romantic/sex moments are pretty rare. Which i know many people will find funny since they're the 2 most sexual characters in the entire series.

For all the people wondering, how long is it going to take for Grayson x Dane to get together? Quite a while, Dane's gonna have a hate boner for grayson for quite a while. TBH all the way towards the end & I'm not joking, I read the novel, it's gonna take Dane a minute to warm up to Grayson's presence and I'm not talking about romantically.(￣∇￣")
