Why is dane hiding his omega identity? Just stereotypes? Or to sleep around?

Same reason as Joshua,,if you are an omega,,a bodyguard's job or A firefighter's job is really difficult to get,,,on the other hand he is a dominant,,(which is rare is this universe,,bliss is also dom omega btw)
