From what I understand... The 2 Seonwoo swapped places since they were 9yrs old, so the MC that we thought that's from the real world is actually from the game world. So in chap 61, the one speaking is the "fake" Seonwoo that got pulled back cause the MC died, and the MC did not return to the "real world" because the ML used his regress ability and the "save" skill that he got from defeating the key master which he used on the MC, that's why the MC is stuck somewhere in between and that's why the fake Seonwoo got the "in progress" pop up for a month. It can be confusing cause in chap 61 and 62 we're getting back and forth from both their memories. While the MC is watching the "fake" Seonwoo, he realized that his real parents probably died when he was pulled in the "real world" cause that's when the first outbreak occurred (ref. chap 62).
In chap 60, the ML received skills from defeating the key master one was to 1. save 2. To remove someone's awakened ability 3. to transfer a skill or something, 4. and one that would activate once he regressed. My guess is when he regressed and activated the hidden skill, he wished for the MC to stay IN HIS TIME and he transfered his regress skill so the MC can no longer go back to the "real world" even when he dies. And the MC's time started moving backwards and it said that Seonwoo Yeon has been unlocked so he's no longer a bug so there won't be 2nd key master. Just as he returned back to time, so does his memory but only the ML remembers.
And the fake Seonwoo returned back to the real world where he belongs.
