Half of these kind of isekai genre start with a truck hitting and I think it's really good that we keep getting a consistent base line recycled story with different plot. Of course OP's point is valid but we do have different ways of characters getting isekaid. Just because they didn't read enough or know about it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
There are so many different stories like billions of them here. They could pick any of it
