as someone who has been in his situation, there really is no shallow and deep reasons for him to do that, everything is a trigger and a reason for you to do it no matter how shallow it is for other people.
what he’s doing might be embarrassing for the people reading it but realistically speaking it’s valid and he genuinely needs help.
edit: yes ofc hospital and psychiatric help is what he needs but hes not gonna drag himself to the hospital, he needs someone to do that for him bc rn he’s su*cid*l and only has one goal in mind and after he accomplished that, he’ll have no unfinished business anymore.
ps: he needs professional help and support. he also needs supervision because of his tendency to off himself.
