Shoujo doesn't mean romance, but it is more of an emotional read at times so that could be why its tagged? And the style itself
Shoujo and josei are actually not about the genre as I heard of, they're based on the audience that the author wants to reach, like shoujo are mostly for teenagers or something and josei are more likely for adults
I've been looking for manhwas focusing more on fantasy with no romance, so I'm not sure if I shoulf start this since this is tagged with "Shoujo" ?
