Idk why ppl hating PERSONALLYYYY THEYRE RLLY CUTE TO MEEEE

I think it adds up that the secondary gender thing made Juhyeok pull away and also keep pulling away when Su-ah kept hanging around and even scenting him without consent but I also understand that he would’ve been in danger or not able to do pro sports dominated by the other gender without that

Idk I feel like they’re complex characters who make sometimes stupid choices but still have a nuanced dynamic (su-ah anxious attachment and Juhyeok avoidant dismissive) and the author does a good job of trying to explore that with the other themes (being an “omega” in pro sports, loss of autonomy and fame w/ Su-ah, lowkey the patriarchy cuz what omegaverse story doesn’t explore it) and most of all, their relationship going from pure puppy love to it changing based on their GENDERRR

I genuinely almost shed a tear when young Juhyeok found out he was an omega, v reminiscent of the experience of getting ur first period as a girl. I can’t imagine living and growing up with the expectation that you’ll be the more “rewarded” gender to have the roles switched on you one day. I think to deal with that as a child is rlly rlly hard and his reaction was normal.

and even vice versa with Su-ah finding out that he was an alpha since he thought he couldn’t be with the one he loves

ANDDD THE SMUT AND ART IS GOOD DONT @ ME

I think the only scene I didn’t rlly like is the one with su-ah saying he’s ready to be a father but Juhyeok shut him up rq

I feel like the story also doesn’t waste any time on fluff or filler and goes straight to it, you can tell it’s well thought out and almost movie like so honestly 9/10 for me :3 can’t wait for more!
