i love how concise the story is. it wasnt draggy at all despite the 8p chapters and i really got hooked. the art, story, and characters were amazing. i just have a few insights about the revelation part that made me laugh at how silly it is. i guess there's a good thing about the story being a bit shallow, but the play part and everyone just watching them while the king put the sister on hostage was???? nobody wanna help at all? no guard or anything???? and lonnie (or ronnie depending on the trans) could have been written more properly. i swear theres so much potential for ronnie and his personality but he just became a tool for ml to realize his feelings, which i wouldnt mind btw, but it looked too forced. lonnie being the killer all this time was anticlimactic for me i wish there was more depth to every reveal made on the story so that it would be more impactful.
another one i wanna point out is the plothole about fl's first regression (which i think would have been linked with lonnie?). usually, they would regress after death so does that mean she died? did someone kill her? lonnie perhaps? or did she die out of depression from her husband cheating and ml being dead? i wish it was explained further since i really love the double regression here.
nonetheless, i gave 5 stars. it definitely entertained me in between work and i was able to destress with this.
