mm i caught up. i don’t understand the purpose of setting the world up with this transmigration trope and that she possessed a character in a novel only to throw out any ounce of the original plot. richard was supposed to hate her but now he chased after her to the north to become her knight? the crown prince is supposed to be in love with melissa and despise evegenia but all of a sudden he’s actually obsessed with evegenia and wants to marry her? even the high priest is focused on evegenia (although it was because he was searching for his benefactor who…drumroll….is also evegenia) why did we even set up a plot of an original novel with melissa as the fmc if everything in the novel would be useless?

at this point make a whole new story since the original story has nothing to do with this one? and i understand, we’re finding out the original novel isn’t credible because evegenia isn’t just a villainess and actually owns a merchant guild and an assassin guild. we’re finding out the og eve wasn’t just obsessed with the cp but that she wanted to commit treason. it just feels abrupt instead of being something cool and mysterious to unravel.

this had the potential to be really good because evegenia is clearly a girlboss but i just hate that the world building was set up as transmigrating into a novel. considering that damian the high priest is a regressor, i’m sure the author is gonna pull some bullshit like “the current evegenia is actually the original evegenia. her soul was too corrupted or needed to be protected so she was reincarnated as a korean and then brought back to her og world” if they do pull that move, it’s awfully cliche.

and it’s clear her husband is the golden dragon or something. he’s sick because he has too much fucking magic in his body and he needs to release it. either he’s the golden dragon or he’s connected to the golden dragon and the royal family was evil all along.

i think this could’ve been a great story. i just think the whole “this is a world of a novel” was useless considering nothing has followed the original plot. the only reason this was set up was so that the fmc can marry her bias, but it doesn’t seem like this is actually a novel. this is probably evegenia’s original world. i mean it’s okay, not the greatest but i will be following through to the ending cus i wanna see if im right or wrong.
