I wouldn't say the incident that is mentioned in the comment section is rape. Both parties consented to it and after chapter 123 it is fully consensual with both parties understanding. It's up to you to interpret what that incident was and whether it counts as rape. Personally, I don't think so considering that a moment later he embraces it and it's not mentioned.
Also, chapter 123.5 clears that incident ngl considering that Garam clearly said he " enjoyed it" and they ended up going another round with CONSENT. So I think thet incident was consensual for the most part with some parts maybe not to some people. Personally the whole act was consensual as both were understanding. It looks like Garam was pushing Heejae but it was just him holding on for dear life since he never had penetration up to that point.
