I know this is probably a joke but my mind made logic of it so… I think they are all on some sort of birth control type of thing, or maybe he IS pregnant. It’s only been like three weeks since they started doing it and only about one since they took the anti-suppressants. So TECHNICALLY we wouldn’t be able to tell rn ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ sorry

To add to this he hasn't gone into heat which usually in abo universe is usually 100% when youd get pregnant also he just became an omega so that might also be why
