Yup, same universe. According to timeline, it's Sweet Sugar Candyman first, then Candy YumYum. But the released orders were the opposite.
Cheongmyeong in Candy YumYum used to be black-hair tho, looks like the artist decided to change the colour for Sweet Sugar Candyman

I'm surprised Candy YumYum was released first, then Sweet Sugar Candyman later. Maybe cuz both stories could stand alone + different artists. In Candy YumYum, Cheongmyeong and Saheon were already dating e/o
