Bro how? I physically can't ignore the lack of action the protagonist takes when the l the poor guy is getting beat up and abused. Both protagonist suck ass.
it's just not for you then, but if the mc being a perfect person is a requirement for your enjoyment you'll be missing out on some of the greatest pieces of media out there. in real life most people wouldn't stand up for bullying for a fear of being targeted instead, and that's why i can understand the protagonist. he's not a hero, this is a realistic story.
