tbh all these comments have been talking about how terrible the parents are, and I agree to a degree but I also (personally) think that they aren't trash like some people say. The dad? Yeah he's a lost cause (how tf are you calling your own baby "useless"). But the mom? The way she neglected Karman was unexceptable as a parent, but the story did show that she was busy because of the kingdom being in a time of turmoil (armed conflict), not that she ignored her children because she only cared about the dad. idk that's just my two cents tho bless isabella and her lovely view on life she's so so so precious.
