Just finished the novel and what the fuck. Its a fucking tragic ending and not even a good tragic ending like home far away where they atleast die together, they never got to reconcile and both died alone, one thinking the other was dead while the other thinking the other didnt love him. Regardless the novel is so fucking good, especially the writing, it geniunely captivated me and i truly felt a connection between the characters, and actually mourned them, like i didnt even do that when i broke up with my bf of 2 years or even where my dear friend passed, like i was geniunely cried and had a heavy heart for the next two days, and although i kept telling myself that they are not real and its just fiction, i just couldnt shake that feeling of sadness, thats how captivating the writing was, i felt so attached to them even though it was only for two weeks, and to be honest i dont think i was that attached to anyone in real life, they felt like real people with actual feelings and amotions. God i wish the author tells us that the actual ending was just a tragic AU and the actual ending is something like them two eloping to Italy and living quitely in the countryside while aaron sells his sculptures for a living gor the both of them and them two living happily in love. I really reccomend to read the novel from chapter 1.3 or 1.4 on novelib cause there is just so much emotion in the novel that i dont think is possible for the artist of the manhwa to portray each other thoughts and feelings in the manhwa fully. (especially chapter 5.3 (best chapter btw))
