I didn't interpret him as blaming Yutaka for what the client did to him. He's criticizing Yutaka for causing such a loud scene and getting into a fight over it. Given their yakuza background, I understood the implication more as Yutaka embarrassing himself by making such a public spectacle instead of handling the situation quietly. At least, that's how I understood the original Japanese while translating the scene!
