I know how that poor omega feels! My ex and I used to argue about his very religious family all the time. They did not like me. They pretended like they did because they are fake. But they would be rude and condescending to me and play it off like they were joking or just giving me advice because they "cared about me". Advice I didn't want or ask for.
They would always try to get me to pray and go to church even though they know I am an atheist. My ex mother in law and her family basically emotionally abused me for years. And my ex never stood up for me and would get mad at me when I stood up for myself. That is a big part of the reason why I divorced him.
I am,soo much happier without those people in my life!
