the official english translation for the novel is available on tapas. it's currently translated up to ch548. you can unlock the chapters up to ch214 for free every 3hrs. the rest you can unlock using inks and in my experience it's pretty easy to earn free inks just from daily reading events
I remember that in the novel, the scene about big sejin and Eugene making chicken soup for moondae is quite sad (?), mellow, and heartwarming. I think I was tearing up a little. The soup tastes weird when moondae come home, but rather than shocked by the state of it, moondae is more shocked by why are they cooking this for him. Moved by their action, moondae choose not to throw away the soup and correct the taste. We can see his cooking skills here—that in the future we'll see it again, when they go to America haha..
