Ok, blondie needs to get in an accident where he'd be injured and lose his sight as a result. Then he would have to live the rest of his life without ever being able to see Seong-ha's facial expressions again. It's the worst fate for him.
(Doubt the author will make him face any consequences for his actions though. The whole situation will be brushed off as a joke.)
