Ok they've been together their entire lives. The military is like, what 1.5 years?? its literally nothing. They also often have their phones and they even get to visit home sometimes. Ppl in joining the military aren't just gone forever.
PLUS he doesnt have to go now. Men can defer until i think 28. Its not at all a major problem
