I think you all forgot that they need Ross alive and kicking (〜￣△￣)〜. If he dies, the proofs die with him and Jay and Shin will be persecuted by the CIA or whatever for the rest of their lives. If I'm not wrong this is the main reason nosejob Ross can't die yet.
