Okkkk, so I saw the next chapter and he has a plan up his sleeve with the blind date. He’s been telling them he is married and she’s the only one that doesn’t get up to leave after he says it. So I’m pretty sure there’s a plot to it. But the story is being dragged for sure, like the chapters are short and the story ended a season ago anyway
