It's adapted from a novel and in the novel, they're still in high school. High school settings are different to college settings in many ways. Also, Jaemin is still being watched by his parents strictly because he's still in high school. There is promise from his parents that once he makes it to the top university, he can live alone and have his own life. So I think they couldn't change it to college settings because it would change the story too much.

I think what this op mean is if the artist changed the setting to college students then we can have 18+ scenes bcuz in Korea and many other normal countries it would be illegal to draw minor like that.

I started to read the novel after reading the first couple of chapters here. I was so surprised how explicit it was! That's kinda bold of them to adapt this manhwa considering how much sex is in the novel.
Yeah me too. The topic in this novel is really heavy actually because Jaemin isn't posting sexy photos, he obviously posting sexual content. And he even did himself in front of Seungpyo and don't forget Seungpyo asking for Jaemin doing video for him. They're both freaky as hell and I'm glad the manhwa don't portray all of those.
