Near the end of chapter 185 when Heejae says hold on. The scar is there and the next frame when Garam opens his eyes the scar is no longer there.
It's there, but the author didn't just draw it. It doesn't have any specific reason.
Maybe I read too much into it considering the author always has a reason on why they do something. I thought it meant that Garam pain and anguish of the professor is no longer there or least accepted to live along side with it. Like that's the least expected thing that the author would forget, lol

I think that panel holds a purpose cuz later its shown that HJ doesn't remember he did that to Garam So it must be the perspective from HJ
Imo, now he's so happy, content with the present he forgot his past when he deeply hurt other ppl like he can't see how hurt the others still are
I thought it was Heejae seeing Garam as an equal and no longer a student after hearing his Rahmaninov
Nah, those scars represent the pain heejae caused to his students and how deep they were carved into them, it wasn’t drawn for a reason
no, i said, at that panel, the most likely reason the scar wasnt drawn was probably because she didnt want to, or maybe it was heejae's pov.
I don't think she forgot about it at first. Either she just didn't draw it because of the glow, or it was hj pov. It could be any.
