I have a feeling that the professor doesn't really want Woojoo. It's just his own fucked up way of being there for his brother (the seme) because even in the beginning we see that he's the one behind Woojoo's kidnapping. Maybe he saw that his brother wanted Woojoo and, in his own fucked up way he's trying to get them together?? Or break them apart and wreck the semes life.
Him just leaving Woojoo at his door step after turning him into an omega (literally what the seme wanted btw) felt like he was giving his brother exactly what he wanted.
I really don't see how he's trying to do anything else tho. Even when he could have done a lot he chose not too. It's hard to believe that he would hate the seme when he hasn't done anything but cause him inconveniences.
