It is my biggest pet peeve when everyone is gay, it just feels so contrived .

So true! We know BL is far from reality, but when their boss is gay and hitting on them and their friends are gay and their coworkers/classmates are gay and their kids…. it feels so forced and distracting
Exactly! It's just unrealistic because there are a lot of gay people out there, but usually if someone is surrounded by gay people it's like a social circle so makes sense. But like so many people in one place being gay is so not real. Though I still love sekai ichi no hatsukoi, lol.
So freaking good. I frealing love it. And grateful for the son being straight cause it feels more real if that makes sense.
