Male Lactation is formally called Galactorrhea, which also occurs in women but while they're not pregnant. Idk much about it for women but for men, it occurs when the estrogen levels are high and they start producing a liquid akin to milk, and have to take t supplements. Hormonal changes are not cancer symptons (but if it happens long-term you NEED to get it checked out) and is a process of puberty and happens in adulthood too.
You know male lactation is a sign for cancer as far as I remember. Also the art!! Their face was 3 different person in one chapter lol anyways like all short manhwas this was good too.
