I think the watch helped him escape that weird space. Since the watch was moving backwards, I think it meant that by following the watch, he was going back in time. So the watch took him back to when he woke up inside “the game”. Then ml came with the flowers, since he previously said he wished their first meeting was different. And since we learned that the two versions of mc actually swapped places during their childhood, they’re actually back to their original worlds.
This ending was so confusing i did not get it at all like is the real seonwoo still stuck in the time place???
