Okay the 4th chapter is in koibito shigan. It's in chapter 3. But I think you all are missing the point that chapter 9&10 aren't scanned either though the book is actually complete. I have read the whole book including the missing chapters before they were removed. They were removed because they were pretty messed up, but if you like manga were kids are taken advantage of and used for porn then go ahead try finding it. By the way I read it around a year ago on another site that seemed to not care but it is now off that site.
