I believe that people feel the love story between the two seems rushed due to how quick it went down.
Thing is though, the MC is Leo it makes sense why we don't get to see the love developing that much on screen. It's like how one is their own MC in their own life and therefore don't get to see how love is blooming in other ppl's lives.
Honestly, i dun think we need to fully see the love plot between Phelio and Varia. It's fine just the way it went down (in my opinion). Not too rushed and also not too slow burned.
Cuz like, while i want to see Phelio finding romantical love, the mc is Leo and i wanna see her story continue xD

Some people in the comsec be yappin shi about Phelio and Varia's love story calling her boring and it's rush or whatever when you know that Phelio is just a rational person who doesn't want drama and is not insecure also the both of them are adults who think maturely like adults should be so when realizing their feelings why wouldn't they be confessing to each other if they're that sure? if you missed the chemistry then you blind as a bat.
