Yes it is polyamory.
The 2 tops are actually closer to eachother than they are to the bottom, at least at the beginning. The 2 tops have a more codependent relationship rather than a romantic one.
In the beginning the bottom is only in love with one of the tops but over time they start liking eachother.
Is this an ACTUAL polyamory, instead of two tops who don’t love each other sharing the bottom as if he was their favorite toy. I need to know before I start reading this.
