The aegyosal is so distracting

Couldn't agree more! Literally just looks like they are both exhausted and malnutritioned. I can't tell anymore if this is just an artistic choice the author decided to all of a sudden include or if they are trying to show how physically drained they both are by choosing to be with each other.
