The reason it has a high rating is because it’s pretty realistic. Tbh I don’t really like woori too much because of how much I resonate with him. He was groomed by an older figure in a setting that should’ve been safe, it’s extremely common in church. Woori displays sex seeking behavior because he is hypersexual from sexual trauma. He acts cute to seduce men because of his trauma. I can’t say much for the speed because I would really like it if it was slower paced but it doesn’t really take away from the story if you’re able to comprehend it.
The author isn’t trying to make Christianity evil, it was literally one tutor out of dozens of followers shown in the story. The whole point was that he doesn’t know actual love because he was groomed into thinking all it was was seducing men and having rough, painful sex. Sure he seems just horny in the later chapters but that’s just a man wanting his boyfriend? It’s reinforced by the hypersexuality. Idk if you know this but teens frequently have sex with each other that’s kinda why they teach sex ed in school now and you gain nothing from stigmatizing it
Okay i understand your point but the age we are talking about is 15-17 at most and that is not a normal thing to see for children and romanticise!! Since it is a manga it is for entertainment not so much think of it as a traumatic response or abnormal they romanticise it! And that is a huge problem for me at least, i would not like for some kid to read this and think that it’s normal. Even tho i liked it about 4 years ago now rereading it as a 22 yo is just not my thing & can’t even imagine enjoying this !!

I don’t really see how they romanticize underage sex? Woori is quite literally visibly upset after every bout of sex he has before this guy and we see the effects it had on him (he’s hypersexual which is a trauma response) the story goes over how underage sex was a bad thing for him and how it traumatized him? If anything the story doesn’t romanticize or stigmatize underage sex, just shows a realistic and modern view on it as I remember back in MIDDLE school I saw condoms in the bathroom trash and heard other students going at it
Stories can be for entertainment AND cover darker topics realistically. No where are they making underage sex a good thing or making it out to be super sweet and amazing.
Ik about that last part i’m talking about the viewer’s pov, it may be just an entertainment and not everyone can understand that he has hyper sexual trauma as you state, they may just enjoy it as it is !!
