I honestly feel like dropping this at ch 4 already. The art is carrying this way too hard. The MC acts as the plot needs him to to get to the next lot point, which is feeling utterly random and that's honestly just shitty writing which makes reading unpleasant.
Senseless smut is one thing, but randomness and having no set personality or consistency for the MC is REALLY obnoxious.
