i can see the curse and the monster behind it was the Marquis doing, he knows so much about the curse and i bet its not the first time the marquis did it to people. If the monster he created was slain, the curse will be transferred into a new host and it's not a coincidence that the monster was in his area. but lets see if it ended with good ending or bad ending lol
